Delete your AutoCart account
You can delete your account directly in the AutoCart app, or submit a request here if you no longer have access to the app. We verify your identity before deleting any account.
Delete in the app
Open AutoCart on your phone.
Open the side menu.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.

Your listings and stories
Your saved searches, likes and follows
Messages and enquiries
Your messages and enquiries are hidden straight away and deleted within 90 days.
What we keep
Billing records are kept for 6 years because tax law requires it.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings so you are not charged again.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below using the email address linked to your AutoCart account. We will verify your identity and reply within one month.
